課程概述	本課程著重於發展婦兒暨心理衛生進階護理師的角色與能力，協助學生檢視婦兒暨心理衛生重要相關議題文獻，進一步引導學生深入探討及運用相關概念或理論，例如心理諮商、角色理論、自我概念、性別平權、親子關係及症狀處置等，以實證觀點應用並分析護理實務之現存或潛在現象，同時訓練跨部門溝通協調能力，考量臨床倫理的觀點及病人安全原則，提出護理措施及改善方案，學習多元化的照護模式以發展持續照護應用於醫院和社區，提供個案完整的照護以培養具有專業自主性、獨立思考的進階護理師。
課程目標	學生修完此課程後，能夠達成下列目標： 1.歸納整合及批判婦兒暨心理衛生相關議題之重要文獻。 2.瞭解進階專科護理相關概念或理論，例如心理諮商、角色理論、自我概念、性別平權及親子關係等，以分析護理實務之現存或潛在現象。 3.考量臨床倫理、病人安全，以實證方式提出護理措施及改善方案之主張。 4.評估家庭於其社會/社區環境下的資源與期望，學習多元化的照護模式。 5.培養具有專業自主性、獨立思考之能力。 6.提出研究計劃之前驅構想。
